Join Us for the 2025 Ardmore Tinsel Trail
The Greater Ardmore Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to invite you to participate in one of our community’s most beloved holiday traditions—the Ardmore Tinsel Trail! This magical display of decorated Christmas trees will light up the area around the Bryan House (Town Hall) throughout the holiday season, creating a festive atmosphere that brings our community together.
A Tradition That Shines Bright
Whether you want to honor a loved one’s memory, showcase your business, or simply spread holiday cheer, sponsoring a tree at the Tinsel Trail is a meaningful way to participate in this cherished Ardmore tradition. Each beautifully decorated tree tells a story and adds to the warmth and spirit of our community during the most wonderful time of the year.
Event Details
Lighting Ceremony: Friday, December 5th at 5:30 PM
Display Dates: December 5th through January 1st
Location: Around the Bryan House (Town Hall) at the corner of Ardmore Ave. & 1st Street
How to Sponsor a Tree
Sponsoring a tree is easy and affordable:
- Chamber Members: $75 per tree
- Non-Members: $150 per tree (tax deductible)
- Deadline: Forms and payment must be received by 4:00 PM on Monday, November 10th

Your sponsorship includes a live Douglas Fir tree (7-8 feet tall) and custom signage provided by the Chamber. You’ll be responsible for providing LED lights and weather-resistant decorations to bring your tree to life.
Decorating Guidelines
- Decorating Period: November 22nd through December 4th
- Requirements: LED lights only (plugs at tree base), weather-resistant decorations
- Must be completed by: End of day on December 4th
- Removal: January 2nd through 7th, 2026
We recommend using zip ties or string to secure decorations, and please avoid using sentimental ornaments as the Chamber cannot be responsible for items that may be damaged or lost.
